MEET THE STAFF
As a registered care agency our aim is to provide a care service that is both friendly and efficient emphasising on a more personalised care service. All our staff will be qualified to a minimum of N.V.Q level 2 to ensure that we can provide the best quality service that we can. The care manager is Mrs Carol Matthews; she has over 25 years of experience in the caring profession, caring for both elderly and adults with learning disabilities. Mrs.Matthews qualifications include N.V.Q. level 4 Care and the Registered Mangers award and recently completed several successful college courses relevant to her working role.
As an agency we have achieved awards in investors in people and have been successful in applying to join the local authorities preferred providers list.
The Curzon care agency can provide a full care package either at our premises or in the clients own home that will enable us to provide the service user with a number of services which could include;
- Getting up or going to bed
- Washing, Showering or Bathing
- Toileting
- Getting dressed or undressed
- Shaving, Hair and Nail Care
- Medication; where the Care Worker has received service user specific accredited medication training
- Shopping, Pension Collection, Bill Paying and/or Banking
- Prescription Collection
- Meal Preparation, Cooking and/or Heating
- Escort duties, whether to the Shops, Banks, Doctors, Hospital or Polling Station etc.
- Sit-in Service
- Sleep-in or Waking Night Service
- House Cleaning Service, either regular or one-off
