Quality in Action

    • CURZON CARE - Domiciliary Branch will develop a range of care standards designed to meet the needs of clients, in line with the corporate quality objectives.  The standards will provide the basis for review of practice and the development of continuous quality improvement.

    • Monitoring of levels of client satisfaction with the delivery of services, appropriate communication and information offered to clients and carers, and complaints and compliments will provide on-going information to demonstrate achievements in providing continuous quality improvement.

    • Staff training and development will be encouraged to ensure staffs are able to acquire skills appropriate to their roles and realise their full potential.

    • Staff appraisal will be developed which will enable all staff to feel confident and empowered to contribute to the delivery of quality services.
